    They're still acting like emotionally laden speculators. Waiting for the market before jumping in... Haiz...

    That's true. The majority tends to wait for the market to recover before they feel safer to go as they are driven by their emotions. Unfortunately, if we wait for the market to recover, we would have miss out on the gains associated with the recovery. However, this extent of this recovery has been surprising.
